15–17 May — Build-up for Communities: The Final Piece

This workshop explores the hidden potential of underused urban spaces in Cluj-Napoca through research, collaborative design, and temporary intervention proposals. Participants will develop creative, community-oriented responses that reconnect these spaces to public life. Organized by Asociatia Studentilor Arhitecti.

22–24 May — A.I. at Work? The Challenges of Artificial Intelligence and the Futures of Labor

This three-day residential workshop examines how artificial intelligence is reconfiguring labor markets, reshapes industry, education, and the very meaning of work. Through discussion and collective reflection, participants will explore the social challenges and future implications of technological change. Organized by the Master's Program in Labor and Social Transformations and the Centre for Labor and Society, Faculty of Sociology and Social Work, Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca.

29–31 May — Mentés másként pedagógia: Critical Pedagogy and Collective Organizing

This workshop brings together educators, researchers, and organizers to deepen a shared understanding of critical pedagogy and collective action. Focusing on community-building, reflection, and strategy, it opens space for new forms of educational intervention and solidarity. Organized by Asociatia Mentés Másként.
