Third Places: Hospitality in Flux brought together hospitality professionals, educators, and cultural theorists for an exchange of ideas and practices. Curated by Nelson Fitch and Collin Moody, this co-learning program explored new models of hospitality grounded in empathy (Gabó Bartha, Terrapolis), sustainability, and inclusivity (Andrew Zubia).

The program combined practical and theoretical learning through workshops on topics such as fermentation (Edina Makkai, Áron Oberritter), wine education and rethinking service design (Marie-Louise Friedland, Lauren Lee), and critical perspectives on the commodification of hospitality and service (Dan Drake, Adorján Trucza), with the aim of challenging conventional hierarchies in hospitality and the rigid certification structures of service education. The special guest of the event was Attila Homona.
